With nearly 20 years of experience in facilitation and a Master’s degree in Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change, Jennifer brings research-backed strategies to help teams and leaders excel. Her expertise in workplace learning, team development, and performance improvement ensures impactful, results-driven training solutions.
